The five that matter most

  • Every order is a single purchase. Nothing recurs and no card is kept on file.
  • 180 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • Certificates are yours on request, in full, for the lot you received.
  • Text messages are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

What follows is the agreement between you and EXTRACT LABS, INC. (EIN 81-4105433), which trades as EXTRACT LABS INC and operates extractlabsinc.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

GlucoAura and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from EXTRACT LABS INC at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on promotions and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP to any message for customer support.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. The guarantee

180 days from delivery to change your mind, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge and no explanation required. Contact support@extractlabsinc.com to open it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the goods getting back to us.

6. Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to EXTRACT LABS, INC. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXTRACT LABS, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under Colorado law and in the courts of Colorado, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Lots, documentation and recalls

  • Every unit sold carries a lot number, and EXTRACT LABS, INC. keeps the record linking that lot to its extraction run, its release tests and the plant material it was made from.
  • The certificate of analysis for the lot you received is available on request at no charge, sent in full rather than summarised. Where a lot has no third-party certificate, we say so instead of substituting one from another run.
  • Retention samples of both input and output are held for the shelf life of the lot plus one year.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, EXTRACT LABS, INC. contacts the customers who received it using that record, refunds the affected units in full, and does not require them to be returned before refunding.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
